Due to the inherent risk to the team, expedition & sport in general; only dependable & predictable aircraft/pilots will be affiliated with our operation during Instruction, Aerotrekking & Events. CONDITION: Our equipment is sold in confidence but due to the nature of our small industry, all equipment is sold in As-Is condition, period. Restocking fees can be applicable. Warranties, if they exist, are issued and fulfilled by the manufacturer only. PRIORITY SERVICE: As a client, you will appreciate the fact that we always offer priority of instruction, on-going support, private events, equipment discounts, facility usage, extended efforts to those who purchase aircraft & services through us. DAMAGE: We may be willing to take the risk of injury or death, but are not liable for damage to your equipment while in use, storage, or when transported on your behalf. PAYMENT: Payment is required before your equipment or documentation is returned to you. Any cost associated with collection or restitution of your late, or lack of, payment will be your responsibility. RISK & RESPONSIBILITY: All risks of aviation are assumed by you. The operator or pilot must complete adequate training before attempting to assemble, tune, or fly this equipment. TECHNICAL WORK: We are not certified mechanics or test-pilots so despite our methods & opinions, it is your responsibility for agreeing with them or not. You must test your equipment before operating it, period. SAFETY: There are obviously other dealers & private parties supplying new and used aircraft to the market. With respect to your safety & ours, we cannot promise that we will test-fly, service, or train you in, an aircraft that is unfamiliar, unsafe or simply not equipped for effective instruction. RATES & FEES: Rates are as stated on the website. Rates can vary with Aircraft Configuration (such as Skis, Floats & High Performance), Location & Transportation, Promotional Events & Aerotrekking Packages etc. A 3% Transaction Fee for Credit Card Payments can apply. FUEL: As of April 1st 2008 all aircraft are priced 'dry' - fuel is $5 to $7 per gallon at the field. You are welcome to provide your own fuel. DAILY MINIMUMS: Since we clear our schedules for your reserved days, a $300 daily minimum charge applies. You can be charged for scheduled days if you don't show up, show up late, leave early without completing your training or any other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel on you for any reason at anytime - will will refund your reservation deposit without hassle. TRAVEL & DELIVERY: Travel/Delivery are billable but can fluctuate with fuel prices & truck/trailer combo. Costs can be shared by multiple aircraft. JUNK FEES: We don't charge any other junk fees but we reserve the right to charge you double for having a bad attitude or leaving a mess in the hangar... CANCELLATION POLICY: This is a seasonal business so every flyable morning & evening counts. We also have family & real-job obligations so your appointment is "by design." IF (and only if) we find someone to replace your reservation, 100% of your money will be refunded regardless of the policy that follows. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule, you must give us written notice no less than 60 days prior to your arrival to receive a full refund. Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days notice will yield a 50% refund. No refunds honored with less than 30 days notice of cancellation or rescheduling. We highly recommend travel & activity insurance.
INSTRUCTIONAL NATURE: Although your flight will be fun and scenic in nature - all flights are Instructional Flights. All of our aircraft are fitted with dual controls and full communications so with consideration of weather & conditions; you will have the opportunity to control the aircraft, witness its capabilities & learn the basics of operation. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing or email. 100% of your money will be refunded if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your reservation. At any point in time, regardless of the policy that follows; 100% of your money can be refunded if we can find a client to fill your slot. However, if we cannot find someone to fill your slot: Only a 50% refund will be offered with 7 or more days of notice. There are no refunds with a cancellation notice less 7 days of your scheduled reservation.
